All customers are protected by our 14-day return policy. Please check the below conditions:
Return policy only applicable for:
- Damages or defects on receiving delivery
- Wrong item (you did not receive the item you actually ordered)
If any of the above conditions are met, please contact us and we will have the replacement arranged for you in a jiffy.
The Return Process
The damaged unit will be picked up from you. Please pack it back in its original packing untampered in any way. We will WhatsApp you a store credit note for your proof of return.
Once the damaged unit is received at our office, we will inspect and confirm your claim. If the claim is valid, we proceed to Step 3.
We will contact you and allow you to choose from two options, a full refund or a replacement. If you choose a full refund, we will request your bank details and have the refund transferred to you within 24 hours.
If you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement within 24 hours and you can expect it to your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours, along with a store credit of Rs.1000 as an apology for the inconvenience caused.
Return policy not applicable if:
- Change of mind,
- The customer fails to check the details of the product as mentioned on the website
- The order has passed 14 days since delivery
Returns not accepted during verification:
- If product packaging is not in its entirety or damaged by the customer. Please send the return in its original packaging, if not, the return will not be accepted.
- If there is no damage or defect as claimed by the customer.
- The customer bears no transport cost for damages or defects of the product if the return claim is valid and approved by the returns department.
- If returns verification is rejected, the customer bears two-way transport cost (for picking up from the customer and returning back to the customer). The transport cost will be informed to the customer if so.
- Customers can choose to pick up their unit from the office as well (after setting an appointment)
We do not allow exchange of products once purchased, but it may depend on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you need to exchange your model. (Exchanges will be accepted within the same price range of higher, not for a lower price range.)
